The Mental Health Coordinator II (MHCII) is responsible to coordinate a variety of services including but not limited to individual finances, activities, program services, positive behavioral support needs, family involvement, education/vocational programs, health care/nutrition and household management. The Mental Health Coordinator II (MHCII) is also responsible for staff scheduling. The MHCII is responsible to assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual care, and communication with staff and support team members. The MHCII is also responsible to carry out the responsibilities and duties of the behavioral support staff during all direct care shifts.The Mental Health Coordinator II (MHCII) is a specific position assigned only to specific locations. The position and its corresponding wage is not transferable when working at other locations. This position is dependent on specialized funding of specific individuals served. If the person served transfers, is discharged or the funding is eliminated, the position and wage will be eliminated from the designated locations.
