Organizes copes, drags, pipe parts, cores, hand tools, etc., necessary to complete assigned assembly jobs, and checks all available documentation (travelers, special instructions, etc.) that is available. Prior to performing assembly operations, cleans pipe parts, etc., using hand tools as well as cleans up all rough surfaces with mud, paste, etc., and blows with air hose to remove excess sand Performs assembly operations according to established close dimensional requirements using the necessary fixtures.
