job detailsRandstad has partnered with a renowned food ingredient production company located in Chaska, MN. We are looking for a skillful 3rd shift Maintenance Mechanic to join our expanding team. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, install, setup, maintain, repair and upgrade production lines, will assemble and disassemble mixing, heating and extrusion equipment, and will perform building and HVAC maintenance. Perform troubleshooting, repair and installation of:
Mechanical devices and components including Gears, bearings, drives and gearboxes
Electronic devices and components including low and high voltage AC & DC motors, sensors, PLC's, actuators, power supplies, transformers, heating and cooling controls and systems
Pneumatics systems including compressors, logic circuits, actuators, sensors
Perform preventive inspections, lubrication, periodic and incidental maintenance, and repair of production equipment & HVAC
Perform maintenance, inspection, testing, and operation of all steam boilers and related equipment
