Proactively works to prevent theft and vandalism. May be involved in high risk situations with exposure to potentially dangerous situations which requires range of safety precautions.Job ExpectationsAs a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
Patrolling designated areas and maintaining a safe environment
Detailing daily activities in our report writing system.
Responding to calls such as crisis calls, and calls working with unpredictable populations requiring teamwork and clear communication.
Utilizing skills such as: de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and risk analysis.
Nurtures a culture of improvement, efficiency and innovative thinking.
Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
