Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
Additional pay for evening and overnight shifts!
We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our Assisted Living Building in Burnsville, MNThis Resident Assistant position includes;
64 hours every 2 weeks
Day shift
Every other weekend rotation

Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
Assists with onboarding of new staff
QualificationsRequired Skills:
Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and patience for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
CNA certified if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
