Our prestigious client in Burnsville is currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join their team and be the face of their organization.Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Provide accurate information and address inquiries from clients, both in person and over the phone.

Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.

Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient office functioning.

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining a professional office environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts is a plus, but not required.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor, always ready to assist clients and colleagues.
