Performs and documents daily manufacturing operations according to SOPs in a cGMP environment
Operate biologics production equipment (bioreactors, filtration units, chromatography systems and fixed/portable vessels)
Execute validation protocols
Performs dispensing, labelling, and transferring/staging of raw materials and parts
Will assemble/disassemble, clean, and sterilize components, parts, and equipment
Maintain equipment, area, and cleaning logbooks
With general supervision or guidance will assemble and/or operate biologics production equipment, such a bioreactors, filtration units, chromatography systems and fixed/portable vessels
Perform basic trouble shooting
Documents cGMP data and information for processing steps and/or equipment activities while following standard operating procedures. Key documentation includes batch records, work orders, and equipment logbooks.
With general supervision performs/or assists with processing steps and/or manufacturing support activities by monitoring process parameters in batch record and control systems.
Executes batch records and validation protocols under supervision/direction of others.
Reviews equipment use logs under general supervision
Performs inventory transactions in SAP
Performs data entry into LIMS
Complete mandatory training within required timeframe
Perform cleaning/sanitizing production equipment
Complete other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
This position will be Fully Onsite and require 4+ days in the Brooklyn Park, MN office per week.
Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
Highly reliable and a strong team player
Flexible with an attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering or any STEM field
Internship Eligibility
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or later
The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August 29th) or (June 16th - August 22nd
The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program
