Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator in the higher education industry, located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will aid the sales team, manage student registrations, and contribute to the development of onboarding processes for new instructors.Responsibilities: Act as a key support to the sales team, assisting in various operations tasks Manage student registrations, ensuring a smooth registration process Provide support for student inquiries and troubleshooting Order and manage the distribution of course supplies Conduct client surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement Assist with email and calendar management Take detailed notes during meetings and manage the follow-up tasks Develop an effective onboarding process for new instructors, facilitating communication between them and HR Handle onboarding paperwork and provide clear instructions for new instructors' first day Ensure solid communication via email with various stakeholders Use your skills in CRM, Onboarding, and Sales Support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Requirements Experience in answering inbound calls Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven track record in onboarding new clients or customers Ability to provide sales support Experience in ordering office supplies Proficiency in supply ordering Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to workIf you think you are a fit for this role please apply and give us a call at: 952-473-0442.
