Extrusion Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:Provide critical support on LEANPD-driven new product development projects.Drive continuous improvement in existing manufacturing technologies and methods.Identify and implement new technologies to improve process control and tolerance management.Serve as a key liaison between product development and manufacturing engineering.Collaborate with Product Development teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.Develop, qualify, and document tooling and manufacturing processes in TE systems (SAP, TLM).Create prototypes, sample tooling, and production samples.Partner with supply chain teams to verify supplier capability and compliance.Lead initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, and shorten cycle times.Ensure adherence to internal specs, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
