We’re looking for a Screen Printer to join our team! Shirts Plus is a screen printing and embroidery shop located in Aitkin, MN. From 10am to 5pm on Monday through Friday, we make high quality custom apparel with a focus on giving back to the community. Join a stable and friendly team and make help make a positive impact!
We’re looking for a Screen Printer to master our printing process and help us efficiently knock out order after order. As a screen printer at Shirts Plus, you’re how we make our customers happy. You’re the backbone of the entire operation. You won’t just take orders from the those in charge – you’ll work collaboratively with them to figure out the best way to print. This is a job with independence and responsibility.

Responsibilities
Availability for Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Capable of standing for long hours
Able to lift approximately 50 lbs
Ability to troubleshoot quality and print issues
Weekly machine cleaning and maintenance
Read and inspect customer work orders and alert team and mitigate any issues
before printing.
Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses. Experience with M&R equipment preferred.
Capable of making self-imposed changes to improve print quality and speed up
print times
Qualifications
Two years of experience working in a screen-printing shop
Knowledge of best practices for high-quality screen printing and heat transfers
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
