Croix Management Inc. has immediate openings for Jr. Landscape Foremen. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and the company they work for. The Jr. Landscape Foreman position is a year round salaried position.
Main Duties:
Help supervising crew members while being an active member of the construction crew and in the winter, the snow removal crews
Working with and training employees in construction practices including site grading, paver and wall installation, irrigation, skid steer operation
Communicating with customers to ensure special requirements are understood
Requirements
2 years of experience in the landscape industry
Knowledge of construction practices, safe use of landscape equipment, and plan reading
Experience in residential landscape installation
Valid driver's license
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Available to work variety of scheduled hours
Hardworking and self-motivated
