- Develop and implement Organizational Change Management strategy for our IT digital transformation.
- Provide transformation coaching for leaders: Shifting away from traditional directive management to a more collaborative servant leadership style to enable high-performing teams.
- Help leaders and team members gain foundational soft skills needed in a highly collaborative and high performing culture.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve cross-functional team collaboration.
- Influence the environment to enable change and improvement.
- Uncover gaps between vision of teams, leaders and current reality.
- Partner with Scrum at Scale Executive Action Team to remove barriers to achieve the organization vision.
- Help leaders understand their role in agile implementation/transformation.
- Partner with others to assess development needs for people in new roles and for people who will likely move to new roles as a result of the transformation.
- Partner with Learning Development to develop/deliver workshops to support understanding and adoption of changes and to capture best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Provide visibility and maintain engagement of top IT management related to agile transformation.
- Helps develop the foundation of an agile transformation, including internal communication and change management.
- Guide us through culture change for how we hire, reward, budget and measure.
- Mentor managers and executives on Agility practices and shifts in behaviors.
- Provide communication expertise to executive IT communications.
- Drive communication strategy for transformation (eg. newsletters, Teams channels, memos).
- Prepare materials and coordinate all colleague, management, and division team meetings.
- Manage teams channels for communications
- 10+ years of professional experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, change management.
- Bachelors degree (BS,BA) or equivalent experience, Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in managing high profile agile transformation programs.
- Experience working with leadership to facilitate IT cultural transformation.
- Strong technical and non-technical influencing abilities.
- Strong collaborative problem solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading IT organizational change and business changes necessary to transform development.
- Experience working in a continuous delivery environment.
- Passionate and interested in drivers of digital disruption both from a customer and organizational perspective.
- Highly effective in virtual and/or in-person group facilitation.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams
- Work schedule: We offer flexible work location and scheduling with core hours being 9:00am - 3:00pm.
