Part Time Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Becker, Minnesota. This role involves working with online referrals and entering them into MS Excel spreadsheets. The successful candidate will be expected to work three days per week.PART TIME ROLE- THREE DAYS PER WEEK, FLEXIBLEResponsibilities: Accurately process online referrals into MS Excel spreadsheets. Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing data entry tasks. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and manage files. Respond to customer inquiries via email correspondence. Maintain a high level of customer service while handling inquiries. Use your organizational skills to manage and maintain files. Perform scanning duties as required. Utilize your previous data entry experience to contribute to our team.Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong customer service skills Experience in data entry Ability to organise and manage files Experience with email correspondence Ability to use scanning equipment Excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and professionalism Ability to handle confidential information Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
