They play a vital role as a liaison between our patients and their care teams. Contributes to the assessment of the health status of patients.

Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, charts, reports, etc., and submit these as may be required.

Communicate patient information with care teams.

Assist patients/families with meals or changing bed linens.

Reports any changes in a patient's condition to the Charge Nurse.

Must have ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Amongst additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant or willing to obtain certification for the position within six (6) months.

Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Ability to maintain high level of accuracy when documenting cares.

Pay Range$17.89 - $24.60 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
