Job Title: Medical AssemblyJob DescriptionAs a Medical Assembler, you will be trained on several operations including packaging of diabetic testing kits, hand assembly of diabetic needles, coil winding, and machine operation. You will work primarily in a clean-room environment, ensuring high-quality standards while performing repetitive tasks. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity to get into the assembly field.Responsibilities

Packaging Medtronic diabetic testing kits by following work orders and ensuring each kit contains between 5 - 10 items.

Running kits through a scanner to register the ID number and setting them onto a rack for final packaging.

Hand assembling diabetic needles, progressing to making up to 1600 parts per shift.

Learning and performing coil winding, using fine wires and microscopes for inspection.

Operating entry-level machinery to assemble diabetic needles, monitoring for jams, collecting products into bags, labeling them, and checking for quality issues.
