We're seeking a dedicated, compassionate individual to work one-on-one with a blind young adult with autism, providing Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with Family Training in their family home.You’ll support this individual in:Establishing and maintaining a consistent daily routineGently encouraging outings, such as walks or local activitiesBuilding adaptive skills that promote independenceKey Details:Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: Fixed rate of $19.50/hourSetting: Family home and community — not a group homeIn this role, you will:Provide one-on-one support in an in-home settingOffer skill development in areas such as health, safety, household management, and community accessProvide training and coaching to family membersAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and meal prepParticipate in team meetings, write progress notes, and help maintain consistency in servicesMake a real impact through mentoring, coaching, and meaningful connection
