Job Title: Continuous Improvement SpecialistJob DescriptionSeeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist to provide leadership in applying Lean Principles and Methods across various processes to achieve business objectives. The role involves facilitating Kaizen Events in both office and operations settings, driving and overseeing continuous and process improvement projects, and building, auditing, and improving standard work and value stream mapping documents. The specialist will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities, implement action plans, and ensure the achievement of enterprise goals.
