Our client in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Weekend Shift Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate must have team leadership experience, they must promote safety standards, and must have working knowledge of all departments which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Weekend Shift LeadLocation: Alexandria, MNPay Range: $21-$22/hourWhat’s the Job:
Ensure all employees are engaged in the Safety 24/7 culture.
Training and developing employees in their areas of responsibility.
Ensure employees are following company policies.
Leading by example.
Teach and adhere to Safety Standards.
Working knowledge of all department operations, functions and processes.
Willingly performs related work as required.
Adherence to Quality Standards.
Monitors production schedule to prioritize work and ensure maximum use of manpower.
What’s Needed?
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Experience in a leadership role is required
Experience in welding is required and you must pass their welding test.
Forklift experience is required
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Must have a good work ethic and a positive attitude!
