Moorwood, is looking for a full time Program Coordinator/Director to lead and supervise. This program is located in Alexandria, MN. Prefer an individual with supervisory experience. This person must have a strong passion and desire to develop staff and the individuals we work with to their full potential. Duties include staff development, scheduling, training, program writing, program implementation, direct care, and on call responsibilities. This position is a salaried position which offers Paid Leave Time, retirement benefits, health insurance and life insurance. We are willing to negotiate a competitive wage.Qualifications
To be considered as a Program Coordinator applicants should have experience in the field as a nurse, a two year associates degree, and/or experience as a direct care worker. Program Director applicants must have a BA or BS degree in human services or a related field. Must be able to pass a background study and company driving criteria.
