As Supply Chain Enterprise Systems Lead, you will have significant responsibility for the development, implementation and optimization of processes and systems used by the Monomers Supply Chain and in coordination with the division globally. This is an excellent position to demonstrate your capability to manage strategic projects to assure deliverables are on schedule, within budget, and in accordance to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.As a Supply Chain Enterprise Systems Lead, you create chemistry by

Improving our processes and systems used in the areas of P2P, OTC, Production Planning, and Transportation Management.

Having the ability to advise others in decision-making, support onboarding and extracting value from existing and newly developed tools and procedures.

Working with all stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to facilitate supply chain processes, in line with BASF’s systems and digitalization objectives

Challenging the status quo and taking pride in finding the most optimal solutions to improve overall business performance and enhance value to our customers

If you

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience with Information Technology Systems related activities with extensive experience with SAP R/3 and/or S4 HANA

Operational experience with/in support of Supply Chain (OTC, Planning, P2P, etc.) IT processes and be knowledgeable to represent process requirements and design criteria

Certifications in Supply Chain (e.g. APICS CPIMS/CSCP) and/or SAP ERP certifications would be preferred

Experience in IT tool implementation, ERP application and process upgrades or SAP implementation would be preferred
