BS in Engineering, Sales or Accounting and 7 years related experience in investment casting, aerospace or program management
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.

Demonstrated ability to work on a team with other departments to collectively meet the organizations and customer's needs.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated time management and project management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Must possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
Good oral and written communication skills.
