In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer savings targets are met, developing departmental plans, conducting market research, and driving operational effectiveness. You will lead and manage a team, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in business discussions with clients and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on best practices, and a commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Responsibilities:
Ensuring customer savings targets are met as per the customer contract.
Developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities.
Conducting market research on new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
Conducting performance management, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
Ensuring rigor of discipline in implementation by creating high-performance work cultures built on best practices.
Handling various activities within the teams with a key focus on adherence to SLAs and SOPs through knowledge-based implementations for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Participating in business-related discussions with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
Possessing strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Demonstrating experience in performance management and conducting performance evaluations.
Conducting market research and staying updated on new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
Developing and implementing departmental plans and priorities.
Ensuring adherence to SLAs and SOPs for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Participating in business discussions with clients and internal teams.
Building high-performance work cultures based on best practices.
Accountability for achieving customer savings targets as per the customer contract.

The estimated salary range for this role is $105,000-$125,000
