Description:Schedule:tThis a WFH opportunity that we will be providing the assets for. They will need to be a in a quiet space where they can hardwire into their router. They will have training on camera for the first two weeks and then 2 weeks of nesting/mentoring prior to them taking calls on their own. They CANNOT miss any days in the first month.Training - 8:30am-5pm (classroom for 2 weeks and then moved to your assigned shift)Shifts - will vary between a 7am start time and a 10:30am start time and will go for 8 hours (half-hour lunch).This position will be handling inbound calls around Open Enrollment for a variety of clients. They will be responsible for performing customer service and answering questions around their benefits. They should expect to spend the majority of their day on the phone. This person will be troubleshooting benefits questions mostly around flexible spending, HSA, HRA. The right candidate must be confident in being able to describe to people the laws of these accounts, how they are funded, how they renew, etc. Some example questions could be:What's covered by a Flexible Spending Account?How much money can I contribute to an FSA/HSA/HRA? Are there limits?What happens if I leave my employer before the end of the plan year?How do I get the money out of my FSA to pay for qualified health costs?How do I get reimbursed with an HRA?Must Have:
1+ years of call center experience
Good tenure - (no more than 4 jobs in the last 5 years)
High school diploma or equivalent
Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
