Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Walker, Michigan. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the company's IT systems and infrastructure to meet our business needs. You'll need to ensure our systems operate securely, efficiently, and reliably, providing technical support and creating a positive user experience.Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability Implement best practices to ensure system security and integrity Monitor system performance, apply updates/patches, and perform preventative maintenance Manage patch management, log monitoring, and troubleshooting to minimize disruptions Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalation tickets Deploy and manage hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and virtual/physical servers Handle hardware and software installations, including account setup, change management, and planned maintenance Lead and participate in IT projects to implement systems, solutions, and new technologies that align with business needs Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate customer credit records.
