Provide technical design proposals and indirectly manage design team's work. Accelerate Visteon's reputation for technical excellence by directing work and ideas that flow from electrification control and power electronics product leaders and architects through to our core engineering teams, and back again. Develop the best in class Electrification Control Electronics HW solutions, which will support the implementation of the advanced HW features required by the industry and the automotive ecosystem. Lead detailed Electrification Control Electronics design presentations with customers. Organize and lead the review of complex designs for Technology and Customer oriented projects. Assess new technologies in the market that could benefit Visteon/Visteon's customers. Revise technologies as they can be commercialized. Lead the Technology Hardware Roadmap definition and its execution. Organize and roll out global training to the Electrification engineering teams. Validate and Sign Off "HW design assets" before release for global usage. Critically review the usage of Electrification Control Electronics Simulation as a support tool for HW design. Involve the global HW footprint in identifying key features to be incorporated in the technology roadmap which can be broken down in innovation steps within the HW CoC. Establish a strong alignment with the PdM groups based Globally ensuring reference designs meets the HW development best practices for circuit design and business standards. Support patent applications.
