$16.00 – $23.00 per hour starting wage based on your knowledge and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Create with precision. Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills, lathes, and other machines to produce high-quality parts.
Bring designs to life. Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure every piece that is produced meets design specifications.
Ensure quality. Use gauges and measuring instruments to inspect parts during and after production.
Keep machines humming. Perform regular maintenance and adjustments to keep equipment running smoothly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Education. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience. No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate. Prior machine operating experience is a bonus.
Skills. If you have a knack for reading technical drawings and precision measuring, you’ll fit right in.
Physical Ability. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods—our parts and projects keep you moving.
Driver’s License. A valid driver’s license is required.
