What You’ll Do:
Lead and work alongside the event crew, ensuring all setups and take-downs run smoothly.
Load and organize trucks and trailers for event deliveries.
Drive and operate trucks and trailers safely and confidently.
Maintain a positive team environment, keeping morale high during long workdays.
Ensure event setups are completed to perfection and on schedule.
Problem-solve and adapt to challenges in real-time.
Maintain a structured, clean, and efficient workspace.
Work closely with the team to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully.

Comfortable driving a truck and trailer (experience preferred, but willing to train the right person).

Reliable and organized – can juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic – we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
Work Schedule & Physical Requirements:
Full-time (seasonal or year-round options available).
Workdays can be long and physically demanding (lifting, loading, setting up).
Weekends and holidays required (our busiest times are when events happen!).
Preferred Experience (Not Required, But a Plus!):
✅ Experience in event rentals, logistics, or warehouse management
✅ Experience leading teams or managing crews
✅ Prior experience driving a truck and trailer for deliveries
