Are you ready to lead a team as a Tire & Lube Supervisor in Houghton, Michigan? Auto-Pro Glass & Tire, a full-service glass, tire, and automotive repair facility, seeks someone like you to step up and guide our crew to success. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position—no weekends!
WHAT WE OFFER.
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule; no weekends.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Lead a talented team of Tire & Lube Technicians-supervising and assigning their work to ensure top-notch service.
Familiarize self with daily and ongoing work schedule.
Participate in a daily pre-open and close Manager briefing to ensure proper allocation of work and prioritization of projects.
Work alongside technicians in vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire and lube services.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance with safety in mind always.
Ensure shop operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure shop equipment, tools and supplies are safe, operational and properly maintained.
Collaborate with management to meet business objectives and targets.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Experience in tire and lube services, with a strong understanding of automotive maintenance required.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Experience with service truck/roadside mobile service a bonus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in using shop computers for diagnostics and scheduling.
A valid driver’s license and a commitment to upholding safety standards is a must.
Mechanics experience is a plus.
