Description This Marketing Coordinator role is situated on an inhouse agency team with our client in the financial industry and entails coordinating various marketing and communication programs, including campaign planning, event planning support, and advertising/marketing campaign needs. This position is a Hybrid/Remote opportunity located in Troy, Michigan.Responsibilities: Coordinate various marketing campaigns and event assets and collateral across cross functional teams. Utilize CRM and Database tools to manage and analyze customer data Oversee the creation and placement of advertisements Utilize Powerpoint Presentation skills to edit templates, and refine presentations Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow coordination Handle administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives Coordinate advertising efforts across various platforms Support, plan and coordinate events, tradeshows, meetings & webinars related to marketing initiativesRequirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of marketing communications is required Proficiency in using CRM and database management tools Meeting coordination skills will be advantageous Experience in planning and executing advertising campaigns Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven track record in coordinating marketing projects Familiarity with CRM - Customer Relationship Manager tools Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations Strong administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in lifecycle marketing and advertising coordination Proven track record in coordinating events and meetings Ability to manage workflows and coordinate marketing activities Event coordination experience is a plus Some understanding and experience with Google Analytics is a plus!
