Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP Administrator in the manufacturing industry. Located in Troy, Michigan, this role involves critical oversight and management of our ERP system, Innergy. The ERP Administrator will ensure that the system effectively supports our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Oversee the daily management and maintenance of the ERP system to ensure its smooth operation across all manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accommodate ERP system requirements, configurations, and troubleshoot any issues. Spearhead ERP implementation projects which include upgrades, new modules, and transitions. Establish and implement best practices and standards for ERP usage to optimize system performance and user experience. Deliver training and support to users to increase ERP adoption and effectiveness. Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into ERP solutions. Manage relationships with ERP vendors and ensure system updates are implemented efficiently. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and training.
