Description We are searching for a driven and experienced CTO - Chief Technology Officer to join our Banking team in TROY, Michigan. This role is pivotal in guiding the technological direction of our organization, overseeing the development of innovative digital solutions, and ensuring the alignment of technology-related decisions with the overall business strategy. Responsibilities: Guide the development and implementation of the company’s technology vision and strategy Collaborate with other departments to identify and target areas where technology can be used to make processes more efficient Lead the Android and Backend Development teams, providing direction and support as necessary Oversee the design and delivery of C and Cloud Technologies solutions Manage the company's CRM and AWS Technologies systems to ensure optimal performance Ensure the reliability and security of the company's computer hardware Oversee the planning and execution of technology deployments across the organization Lead the design of innovative digital solutions to meet business needs Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices, and determine the potential impact of these advances on our business strategy Develop and manage the technology budget, making sure to optimize the use of resources. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role within the banking industry Proven experience in Android Development and Backend Development Proficiency in programming languages such as C Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies and AWS Technologies Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Understanding of Computer Hardware and its application in the banking industry Proven track record in managing deployments within a technology environment Strong design skills, particularly within a digital context Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse IT team Excellent strategic planning and project management skills Ability to communicate complex technological concepts to a non-technical audience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Demonstrated ability to keep up with current and emerging technology trends.
