Description:A Business Operations Associate (BOA) is responsible for invoicing, collecting and reconciling our clients’ accounts. By finding and fixing billing errors, they are able to provide better service to our customers. This position is more on the auditing side. They need someone who has great attention to detail and does not rush through tasks. A lot of this position will be spent within excel. Not so much communication externally but will communicate internally amongst other team members. The ideal candidate is a team player and able to motivate and hold team members accountable. Responsibilities:Manage customer accounts; including but not limited to invoicing, collections, PO tracking - position is mainly working on the computer with numbers, however may have to call client once in a while if there is a discrepancy in billing. Support liaison for internal Customer Support Associate’s questions pertaining to those local/regional accounts on their aging including but not limited to client billing and payment policies and/or procedures, system issues, etc.Gather necessary data to assist Management with account specific decisionsAudit account specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client specific information Manage customer specific reporting as neededManage credit process for new and existing accountsSkills:Clerical, Administrative, MS office, Excel, attention to detail, Data management, auditing, financeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES:

Clerical/professional experience 6 months minimum

Beginner to intermediate excel skills - must be familiar but will learn a lot more on the job.

MS office suite

Strong communication (mainly with internal partners)

Comfortable with difficult conversations (if they need to call client about billing discrepancy)

Organizational skills

Problem solving skills

Self motivated
