Job Title: Software Controls EngineerJob DescriptionSupport in developing the System Requirement for Electronic Braking system for Commercial Class V Trucks. Develop and design control systems for electronic braking system and other mechatronics, electro-pneumatic and electrical smart systems, considering the integration of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic components. Collaborate with cross-functional electronics, mechatronics, and mechanical and functional safety teams to specify system requirements and functionality. Write custom control logic and algorithms to achieve precise control and performance optimization. Utilize simulation tools to create mathematical models of product systems, allowing real-time simulations to test and validate control strategies, tuning parameters, and safety measures, refining algorithms as needed. Ensure software and systems comply with safety standards (e.g., ISO). Experience with Commercial vehicles is a must.Hard Skills
5 years of experience in designing and development of Braking controls software
7 years of experience in designing and programming control systems for mechatronics, electro-pneumatic, or electrical systems, motors, and linear actuators
Strong foundation in writing custom control logic and algorithms
Experience in programming using C, C, and Python
Class 5 commercial vehicle experience
