Job summary:This position involves performing a variety of tasks and is physically demanding. We are seeking an individual who works well in a team environment. The main functions include creating and delivering/picking up items.
Clean and maintain a safe work environment.
Follow standard work procedures and job safety standards.
Meet quality expectations for all produced output.
Assist with general labor tasks to support overall shop production.

Ability to read and understand work instructions is essential.
Work quickly, accurately, and independently.
Willingness to learn how to use tools such as grinders, cranes, forklifts, and plasma cutters.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to: assembly, boxing, crating, cleaning, delivery, yard maintenance, and snow removal.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required.
Experience with woodworking hand tools is necessary.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Completing an apprenticeship or formal training in the specialty may be required.
0 to 2 years of experience in the field or a related area may also be necessary.

Demonstrated ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions.

Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints.
Demonstrated ability to sketch schematics.
Demonstrated ability to work in tight places.
Demonstrated ability to lift moderately heavy objects (50-90 pounds).
Demonstrated ability to do excessive walking, standing, bending and stooping.
Demonstrated ability to maintain proper attendance and punctuality standards.
Demonstrated awareness of NSF Standards
