Exterior Remodeling Contractor Seeking Experienced Estimator/Inspector
We are a well-established exterior remodeling company looking for an experienced estimator to join our team. Our company specializes in all types of exterior remodeling projects such as roofing, siding, windows, doors, and more.
As an estimator/inspector , you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed estimates for our clients. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able detect and identify leaks and the myriad of things that make a roof go bad . Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills and Roofing and Siding knowledge.
Requirements:
-Drivers License
-Background check
-8+ years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on exterior remodeling
-Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
-Familiarity with construction software such as Xactimate , JobNimbus, CompanyCam (no necessary
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:
-Conduct site visits to assess the scope of work( onsite measurements and Satellite like Eagleview) and gather information for accurate estimates
-Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
-Review construction plans and specifications to determine project requirements and material needs
-Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
-Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide updates on project status
-Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials

At the end of the day a responsible seasoned roofer (10 plus yrs) who is looking to get out of the field and has a love for roofing and a passion for doing it right and has the customers project at best interest , everything else can be taught threw training.
