We're looking for a motivated person who either has knowledge in HVAC/Electrical or is willing to learn. Local to our area within 30mins. Can be on call, in rotation with another Tech. Must have a Valid Driver's License and be insurable. No tools required; all will be provided. If you're not sure about the position, you will not be on your own for at least the first three months; and won't be until you're ready. You'll be alongside training with our lead technician. Once on your own, you'll have your own take home service vehicle, or a vehicle stipend/monthly if you wish to provide your own vehicle. This is a very laid-back environment, we make our own hours, the only exception is being on call. Just as an idea for on call, on average we generate 1 to 2 on-call service calls a month, and if we're unable to get there day of, the customer waits for the following day. We service many ice rinks, so if you skate or play/ed hockey, bring your skates. $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time commitment. $500 sign-on bonus for Part-time commitment. Paid travel time up to 1 hour(to and from shop/daily). Paid travel time to and from worksites. $20.00/Hour(OR, $4,310.00/Monthly for Salary Employment). All expenses paid, fuel to and from work in your personal vehicle, mileage(.61/mile), lunch when you travel, per diem when you travel. Health insurance stipend/monthly, up to 660/month. Take home service vehicle, or get a vehicle stipend/monthly, up to $525/month, for providing your own vehicle. Eventually 5% commission on all projects sold.
