Job Description:
Answer customer questions regarding product, price and availability
Describe product and make recommendations based on customer needs and interests
Prepare quoted price and estimate shipping, within 24 hours, with knowledge of the entire order process
Maintain knowledge of current sales & promotions, policy on payments/credit card terms
Contact customers after sales to insure product was received and customer is satisfied with product.
Contact prospective customers
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Job Requirements:
