The Integration Coach (IC) is critical for scaling groups of product teams.The IC graduate will be able to coach Product Owners and Product Managers on data and metrics driven planning, visualization of workflow, and accelerating delivery via single piece flow.The IC provides continuity concerning best practices for PDO and must to be able to switch between a micro and macro viewpoint.
