We are looking for quality tradesmen and crews to work on investment and residential properties.
This is a sub-contract position and requires proper insurance both liability/comp and or state waiver.
All projects are contract based with weekly payouts based on contract terms. All bid contracts are labor only. We pay for all materials excluding applicators, prep, and finish products. (brushes, rollers, sanding products etc.)
