St. Joe County Recycling is seeking a dedicated Office & Program Manager to oversee our Seasonal Leaf Collection Program. This is a fast-paced, high-demand role that requires exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to excellence in serving our community.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the program by answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.

Dispatch and coordinate leaf collection trucks to ensure timely and efficient leaf pick up.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the program, using strong problem-solving skills.

Utilize technology to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain records.

Support basic HR functions, including staffing coordination and scheduling.

Oversee office management tasks to ensure smooth program operations.

Handle multiple priorities simultaneously, demonstrating a high level of adaptability.

Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for program accountability.

Qualifications

Proven Resilience in High-Pressure Environments: Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective when managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and dispatch systems. Comfortable learning new tools and technology as needed.

HR and Administrative Experience: General understanding of hiring processes, scheduling, and staff coordination. Previous experience in office management is a plus.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive thinker who can identify potential challenges and implement solutions quickly.

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively, ensuring smooth program operations.

Flexibility and Commitment: Willingness to adjust to fluctuating work hours as the demands of the program evolve.
