Robotics Technician

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking to hire 3 Robotics Technicians to join a contract supporting a talented team for on-site deployments of robotics solutions at customer sites. This job requires a unique combination of technical skills, end-user training ability, customer relationship management, and effective internal and external communication. This role involves deploying robotic solutions, including robotic hardware and software. You will prepare customer sites for deployments, train user groups, and support production use of the system until customer acceptance is achieved. You will also map customer sites to create a virtual world for the robots, validate that map and edit as needed. You will also be responsible for diagnosing hardware + software issues, and repairing robotic equipment.This role will involve 3 customer launches in the greater Detroit area.
