Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. The HFH Sterling Heights Emergency Department is a 15 bed free-standing facility. Our staff has a close working relationship. The physicians, nurses, and technicians are all centrally located for ease of collaboration and communication, which leads to a positive work environment. While a small ED, we are fast paced and work well together. We are looking for Nurses to join our team.Shift-8:30AM-9PMWeekend Rotating required.BCLS RequiredACLS RequiredTNCC Preferred/not required.
