The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining plating tooling and solutions, ensuring the efficient operation of our automated plating facility.Hard Skills
Clean plating tooling
Repair/Replace splines on flight bars
Record maintenance of bars, splines, and contacts
Clean tanks for solution maintenance
Filter maintenance documentation and cleaning
Stack maintenance
Perrin press cleaning
Carbon tote management
Verify and document amperage settings
Visually monitor lines for malfunctions and detrimental conditions
Verify and document temperatures
Maintain hoists: operation, transfer locations, prox switches, light curtains, distance sensors, and E-stops
Tank maintenance: rinsing down, filling, and topping off tanks
Soft Skills
