Strong knowledge of Business Processes i.e. Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Refurbishment, Calibration, Warranty management • Good understanding of functional/domain knowledge • Researches, identifies and recommends industry best practices for solving business problems • Hands on experience in configuration based on SAP best Practices Explorer tool • Management of Technical objects including serial number management • SAP PM Master data Management • Maintenance planning, Notifications and Order processing • Processing Maintenance projects • Work Clearance Management experience • Integration of SAP PM with FI, CO, MM, FM, IM, PS, HR, SD, QM, PP modules • Experience in Cutover and Data Migration activity with LSMW / BDC / BAPI / IDOC / IBIP / LTMC / BODS Tool • Working with Interfaces/ Forms/Reports/Enhancements / Workflows • Authorization Matrix • Experience working in support environment. Should know Incident Management and Change Management process, SLAs • Ability to create Functional design documents & Training documents
