Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our suppliers to manufacturing companies in Southfield, MI. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3 days a week; they are open to fully remote candidates as well. This Business Analyst will be responsible for working with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Two of the big initiatives this person will be supporting are the migration from waterfall to agile, this implementation will start within the next month, as well as their migration to S4HANA, which will take place over the next few years. They will be responsible for gathering requirements from business units and translating those to other technical teams, as well as mapping out future projects. They will work cross functionally to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities as well as prepare cost-benefit/return on investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementations.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong requirement gathering experience
Experince with Future Progress Mapping
Understanding of process definitions / mapping and creating work flows
Previous experince within SAP environment
Understanding of ECC
Comfortable working within agile environment
Experience working cross functionally - Experience transitioning from waterfall to agile
Experience within SAP/S4HANA
PMP or BA certification
Bachelor's Degree null
