Description Remote Medical Bi-lingual Customer Service RepThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service call center experience. Spanish speaking bi-lingual is mandatory. Experience in a call Center is also mandatory. Experience working in a healthcare environment is highly preferred. Some medical billing experience is also preferred. This is a remote potentially temporary to full-time position for the right candidate. M-F between the hours of 8am to 6pm est. Must an excellent problem solver, with excellent communication skills. Detailed oriented, and dead- line driven.As the Medical Call Center Representitive you will be responsible for making and taking multiple outbound.inbound calls on a daily basis. You will be assisting with EOB's, walking the customer thru their claims, and any other questions they my have.
