An ERP Support Specialist job in Schoolcraft, MI is available through Modis. If you have experience with SAP Business One and have recorded, documented, and tracked user issues through resolution using help desk software then you are asked to apply to this position. In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting end user issues and coordinating testing of software updates and releases ERP Support Specialist job responsibilities include:
Assist end users with documentation and/or specification of business process software improvements and report requests. First point of contact for training and troubleshooting end user issues with corporate software, including SAP Business One and Warehouse Management. When issues cannot be resolved using available resources then ensure timely escalation to either the data center or corporate help desk staff and Information Systems Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems, or other technical discipline, is strongly preferred. ERP administration experience in a manufacturing or distribution company. Experience with MS SharePoint, SQL Query, and SSRS.
