I have a project in Saginaw that needs to be completed now. This project consists of the following:
Interior:
1. Sand, repair, re-mud, drywall, plaster and finish all walls and ceilings throughout entire home
2. Sand, primer, and paint all walls and ceilings throughout the entire interior of the home with two coats of paint
3. Rehang all doors throughout the interior of the home
4. Sand and replace all trim with polyurethane throughout entire home
5. Clean, repaint, and reinstall heat register vents throughout the home and clean coils
6. Wash, Primer or block fill entire basement
7. Repair Kitchen as needed, refinish cabinets and ensure that all cabinets are installed properly and in proper position
8. Hang light fixtures
9. Remove floor coverings currently installed and assess condition and repair where necessary throughout home
10. Deep clean the entire home so that the property is “turn key” and “ready to sell”
Exterior:
1. Scrape and paint facia and soffit and all wood throughout exterior of home and garage
2. Replace all rotted wood
3. Fix vinyl siding where needed
4. Fix brick molding where needed, ensure exterior doors and door casings are in good working order
5. Caulking and tuck pointing throughout exterior of home as needed
6. Install Gutters and downspouts to keep water away from the home and install dryer vent cover
7. Properly re-install small fence in the exterior of the home by the back entry door
