We are a small outfit with about 7 people now. We do almost 100 percent rehabs. Empty houses. We do everything. Looking for more talented people to join the team. We work within a hr of Bay City most of the time. This is a 1099 position. Must have tools. Drivers license and transportation. Tools required are if your a carpenter then carpenter tools. Drywaller then drywall tools. Etc. Helper needs basic hand tools. We are booked threw most of summer with more on the way. You can work as much as you want as long as your productive.
