We are Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a real estate salesperson. The ideal candidate has previous career experience in management, law, education, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship. As part of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships with potential buyers and sellers, and negotiating deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate leads and prospect for new clients
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers
Negotiate deals and facilitate sales transactions
Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to attend and pass the state 40 hour real estate class
Ability to pass the state real estate exam
Previous career experience in law, educations, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship endeavors
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Self motivated and results-driven
